What to do before asking a question?

Every day. Many people get in touch with me. I find a typical pattern.

They get in touch with me.
For doubts, help, and queries.

I find a typical pattern.
They come to me with a problem.
The solution is just one click away.

Instead of being calm.
and thinking rationally.
Out of panic.
They text me.

I understand them.
I understand where they are coming from.

I ask them.

“Did you search this in google?”
and they reply back to me.
“No”

I have to tell someone every day at least once.
“Please search in Google.”
with the phrase ‘….’

Are you being curious enough?
Are you asking the right questions?
Are you asking the right person?
Are you asking questions in a proper way?
Are you using the resources properly?

Next time, before asking someone a question
Stop.
First, search for it on google.
80% of the time.
I get the solution.
